In the complex where you live, you can choose where to take out your TV contract. This can be with Ziggo (i.e. via cable), but also with another provider, such as Digitenne. If you want a connection via the telephone line, like with KPN or Telfort, it is wise to contact the company in question and ask if this is technically possible.
