If you have terminated the rent of your room, you will hand in all keys and tags on the last rental day before 12.00 noon at the desk at our office at Winschoterdiep 50 In Groningen.

Should you fail to return your keys and/or drops, we will replace the locks at your expense. Should you no longer be in possession of all the keys you received from us, we will order the missing keys and then charge you for them.
