If something is broken in your room or in the common room, you can contact Lefier for this. We will be happy to visit you to carry out a repair. Sometimes we have one of our contractors carry out the repairs.

Lefier has access to the general areas of the complex. Lefier employees can enter these without prior notice to carry out maintenance and fire safety checks, for example.

During works, we do our best to minimise inconvenience. The maintenance employee or contractor does his best to make sure everything runs smoothly and follows the maintenance rules. Is something not going according to plan? Please contact us.

Sometimes it is practical to give the staff member a (spare) key to your room, so that you do not have to be in your room while working. Do you object to entering your room? If so, please let us know by e-mail.
