As a tenant, you are obliged to pay rent to be paid before the first of the month.

The easiest way to pay the rent is by direct debit. You then instruct us to debit the rent from your account each month. This can be done on the 1st or the 15th of the current month, check out the options here.

You can also pay the rent in the following way:

Via iDEAL in your mine-lefier area

By accept e-mail (digital payment slip)
Self-transfer via your bank, on account number NL68 INGB 0317 0755 00, in the name of Lefier. In the description, put the address, the period and your customer number.
Payment in cash is unfortunately not possible. For your and our safety, we do not accept cash at our offices.

Rent subsidy is an allowance for rent costs. You apply for rent allowance at the Tax Administration.
