On the top floor of the Hot Coal is a communal roof terrace for residents. A nice place for sitting down with friends or fellow residents. Do you use the roof terrace? Then abide by the following rules.

• Pick up trash and take it with you. In particular, small rubbish, such as cigarette butts and beer caps, can end up in drains with the risk of clogging and leaking into downstairs neighbours
• Make use of an ashtray and clean up broken glassware right away. Both can cause damage to net roof and risk of leaks
• Also clear away broken glassware right away, as this too can damage the roof
• Make sure other residents are not inconvenienced by noise. Don't turn the music up too loud and don't shout
• Stay inside the fences
• Don't throw stuff down
