In 2023, Lefier made the following agreements with residents around keeping the roof terrace in order.

• If a floor uses the roof terrace, it is reported in the general group app and they make sure it is cleared by 3pm the next day so that others can use it too
• No glassware may be used on the roof terrace
• No items may be placed on the edge of the roof terrace due to danger of falling
• Barbecuing can be done with an electric or gas barbecue, not on coal
• Once a month, a permanent delegation (consisting of one contact person per floor) will check the roof terrace and clean and tidy it if necessary
• These rules are properly brought to the attention of new residents so that we do not have to have these conversations again every 3 to 4 years
