The studio is heated with underfloor heating.

The consumption of heat and the use of hot and cold water goes through Warmtestad.

Once you have signed the lease, you will enter into a contract with Warmtestad yourself. This can be done via the website .

It is important to make a note of meter readings in advance so that you can pass them on to Warmtestad. This applies to both cold and hot water. Both meters are located in the meter cupboard. This is located behind the hatch next to the front door.

The meter for heating is also in the meter box. At the bottom of the meter box is a grey box with a green button. The first meter reading you see is a reading in Gj (gigajoules). You also report this meter reading.

Electricity consumption is part of the service costs and you pay via the rent. You do not have to take out a separate contract for this.
