Lefier mails disappear in spam inbox
Recently, we have noticed that e-mails from Lefier are not being read because our e-mails end up in the spam inbox. This can cause annoying situations for you as a resident because important messages are not read.
To avoid these annoying situations, you need to entrust the sender with @lefier.nl so that they receive it in your own inbox and also receive a notification of this. Below you can read how this works for the 2 most commonly used mail providers; Gmail and Outlook.
- Open Gmail
- Open your Spam inbox
- Open a mail from lefier. At the top of the mail, you will see a bar.
- Druk hier op 'Report that it's not spam' (Gmail) / 'It's not junk' (Outlook).
- The mail will be moved to your main mail inbox and messages from the same sender will be placed directly in this inbox from now on.
Add webapp to your home screen
- Click on:
- Click on "Add to home screen."
- Click on the "Add" button.
- The web app is now on your home screen.
