The room door and all central access doors can be opened with a key or a tag (electronic keys or drops).

If an electronic key or tag does not work then an update is needed. You do this by holding the tag in front of the reader at the main entrance for five seconds (until the beep stops).

Contact Lefier in case of a malfunction or loss of keys. Requesting a new key or tag costs €30.

Lefier does not have spare keys for the room doors. You will receive three sets of keys when you sign the rental agreement. It is wise to give one set to a family member or friend nearby.

If all keys are lost or locked then the room door lock will have to be replaced. The cost of this will be borne by the tenant.
