You are not allowed to sublet your home or room. If we notice that you are subletting your accommodation, we will take immediate action. You must stop subletting immediately in that case. This can be done in two ways:
- You terminate the tenancy. You also make sure the subtenant has left before the end of the tenancy.
- You let the subtenant leave immediately and move back into the property yourself.
