After your departure, we would like to re-rent the room and ask you to follow the following instructions:

• The room is empty.
• The floor is clean.
• Windows and doors are undamaged and sticker-free.
• You have removed all your belongings from the room and also from the common areas (don't forget any storage room). The exception is any items taken over by the new tenant. This requires that you have filled in a takeover form and also had it signed by the new tenant.
• Sockets and air vents are paint-free and in good technical condition
• If the new prospective tenant wants to view the room after your lease termination, cooperation is desired.
• Your bike you take or have removed.
