All residents of the two squares have access to both porches and the laundry rooms with the blue key.

Miele Laundry Boutique has installed professional equipment that can be controlled with the AppWash by Miele app on your smartphone or tablet

With this system, you can see on your smartphone or tablet whether a machine is available. In addition, payment is also via the AppWash by Miele app (including Ideal, Sofort, PayPal and credit cards). This app can be downloaded for free on your smartphone or tablet in the app store or Play store. You will find more information on how to use the app and the machines in the appendix. Miele ensures that defects and malfunctions are fixed within 48 hours on working days. Miele also keeps an eye on whether it is desirable to install an additional machine.

Cleaning of washrooms

To keep the washrooms neat and clean, cleaning company De Wit will include the washrooms in its cleaning. We will monitor how often these areas need to be cleaned. Lefier will initially bear these costs. We will increase the cleaning costs in the service costs with the new residents.
