The communal covered storage for your bike, scooter or moped is on the ground floor next to the entrance.

We regularly hold a clean-up campaign. This involves giving a sticker to bikes that are not in the parking area and block escape routes. When bicycles with a sticker remain outside the parking area, they are removed for safety reasons.

Parking is available in the enclosed car park behind the flats. The gate can be opened with the porch key.
