The communal covered storage for your bike, scooter or moped is located on the ground floor near the entrance next to the laundry room.

We regularly hold a clean-up campaign. This involves giving a sticker to bikes that are not in the parking area and block escape routes. When bicycles with a sticker remain outside the parking area, they are removed for safety reasons.

There is no on-site parking available at the complex. Short paid parking is available at Schuitendiep and Gedempte Kattendiep. Longer parking is possible at a charge in parking garages Forum, Rademarkt and Damsterdiep.
