All doors in the Acero can be opened with a tag. If your tag malfunctions or is lost, contact Lefier. Ordering a new tag costs €35.

Tip: You received several tags. Give a friend or family member a spare tag so that if you lose your keys, you can still get into your room.

You also open and lock your room door with the tag. The lock contains a battery. When the battery is low, the following happens: Normally, the light flashes green immediately after offering the tag. If the light flashes red 4 times and then green, the battery is almost empty and needs to be replaced within a week. Report this immediately to Lefier, otherwise you risk not being able to enter your room.
